Today is National Random Acts of Kindness day. I think I've written a little bit about this before but kindness is so important, especially in the world we live in. You will never know how a little kindness can affect someone or encourage them to spread more kindness. 

I love this video because it shows the exact idea of a kindness chain reaction and everyone it has the possibility to affect.
